Herbs for Harmony & Peace:

  • Basil – Very soothing and refreshing for overall health.
  • Feverfew – Is known as “wild chamomile”. It offers the same properties of relaxing the nervous system and the mind, giving one a relaxed feeling.
  • Jasmine – It has a very pleasant smell that aids in raising one’s vibrations.
  • Orange – Promotes a sense of peace, clarity and a hint of success.
  • Sage – Improves one’s mental ability and wisdom.
  • Sandalwood – Relieves irritability and aggression, while encouraging openness and compassion. It uplifts and replenishes your soul with soothing and calming energy.

Herbs for Healing:

  • Angelica – This is a very powerful herb that acts as a nerve tonic, treating nervous disorders and enhancing the nervous system.
  • Carnation – Carnation flower oil soothes the nervous system and reduces inflammation and swelling.
  • Cedarwood – Known to reduces stress and anxiety by lowering hyperactivity and creating a peaceful, almost hypnotic quality in ADHD.
  • Chamomile – Has natural medicinal properties that aids in the relaxation of the nervous system and the mind.
  • Cypress – Excellent for boosting self-esteem, willpower, perseverance, and motivation.
  • Eucalyptus – Eucalyptus oil is an all-purpose healer that can be used for wound healing, decongestion, and pain relief.
  • Frankincense – It is a great remedy that aids in anti-inflammatory ailments, anxiety, colds, coughs, indigestion, and many other illnesses.
  • Hyssop – Hyssop oil is a natural antibiotic that can be used to treat a variety of infections. These can include upper respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, and skin infections. It is also used to treat digestive and intestinal issues, and loss of appetite.
  • Juniper – Is considered a super plant because of its magical anti-factor. Properties that are antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-cancer. Diabetes, kidney and bladder stones, UTIs, wounds, pneumonia, and a variety of other ailments are all treated with this wonderful herb.
  • Lavender – The aroma helps to relax the mind whilst also purifying the mind and body.
  • Lemon balm – Reduces stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and increase appetite
  • Lotus – With it’s ability to cover a wide range of conditions, it is regarded as another “super plant.” It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Helps with sugar levels and diabetes. Aids in the prevention of cardiovascular disease, regulates blood pressure while improving circulation. It is also a natural antidepressant and stress reliever.
  • Patchouli – It’s great for grounding your energy, harmonising and balancing your mood.
  • Peppermint – It helps with menstrual pain, flatulence, nausea, diarrhea, indigestion, common cold symptoms, and muscle and nerve pain.
  • Rosemary – Promotes overall good health. Improves memory and aid in clear thinking and task completion.
  • Rosewood – It encourages compassion and dispels negative energy. Aids in spiritual healing and the development of intuition.
  • Sage – It helps dealing with grief and loss.
  • Sandalwood – Removes all irritability and aggression, promoting openness and compassion. It uplifts and replenishes your soul with soothing and calming energy.
  • Tea tree – Can be used for many purposes as an antibacterial, antifungal, anti inflammatory, antiviral and for acne.
  • Yarrow – It is regarded as a miracle worker because it helps in many areas of health, particularly with tissues and organs. Enhanced perspiration which is excellent for removing heat and toxins from the body.

Herbs for Nightmare Prevention:

  • Dill – This is a very ancient method for dealing with night terrors and nightmares. Hang stalks of dill over your bed or sleeping area. For those who need extra protection from dark entities in their dreams, it is recommended to place a satchel of dill seeds in your pillar case. Dill is also known as the lullaby plant and is said to aid peaceful sleep and protect.
  • Rosemary – To avoid nightmares, make dream pillows with Rosemary.
  • Thyme – To avoid nightmares, put thyme herbs in your pillow.

Recalling Past Lives:

  • Frankincense – Burning frankincense can assist you in entering a meditative state and clearing the energy around you. It aids in opening up your third eye chakra in order to receive messages from the past.
